Definition
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is defined taken in the character of a systemic disease that can be attracted by any part of the body. According to Rahman and Isenberg (2008), autoantibodies incite the immune response by the B cells substance continuously proliferated by antigens. The T lymphocytes in the dead ~ are then stimulated by the antigens put ~ the surface of the B cells and, in convert, stimulate the B cells to fork.
