In short, it can be said that the green economy is every economy of low carbon, resource energetic and socially inclusive. In the immature economy, growth and employment is driven through public and private investment that aims to contract carbon emissions and pollution, enhance activity and resource efficiency, and prevent the squandering of biodiversity and environmental services.
