Inferiority
 
According to Adler's plan, each of us is born into the world with a sense of inferiority.  We excitement as a weak and helpless babe and strive to overcome these deficiencies through become superior to those around us.  He called this struggle a striving as far as concerns superiority, and like Freud's Eros and Thanatos, he sententious precept this as the driving force abaft all human thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
