Strategy Formulation

INTRODUCTION
It is available to consider strategy formulation as share of a strategic management process that comprises three phases: diagnosis, formulation, and implementation. Strategic dealing is an ongoing process to lay open and revise future-oriented strategies that make ~ance an organization to achieve its objectives, allowing for its capabilities, constraints, and the environment in that it operates.
Diagnosis includes: (a) performing a station analysis (analysis of the internal environment of the organic structure), including identification and evaluation of current mission, strategic objectives, strategies, and results, in addition major strengths and weaknesses; (b) analyzing the organized being's external environment, including major opportunities and threats; and (c) identifying the major critical issues, which are a mean set, typically two to five, of major problems, threats, weaknesses, and/or opportunities that request particularly high priority attention by prudent conduct.
Formulation, the second phase in the strategic management process, produces a clear set of recommendations, through supporting justification, that revise as necessary the deputation and objectives of the organization, and contribute the strategies for accomplishing them. In formulation, we are hard to modify the current objectives and strategies in ways to rise the organization more successful. This includes hard to bear to create "sustainable" competitive advantages -- grant that most competitive advantages are eroded undeviatingly by the efforts of competitors.
A excellence recommendation should be: effective in solving the established problem(s), practical (can be implemented in this spot, with the resources available), feasible not above a reasonable time frame, cost-efficacious, not overly disruptive, and acceptable to guide "stakeholders" in the organization.
