I agree that inaccurate purpose of grading is complex thesis.And we should provide that to what degree we can grade ones.I remember that there are two ways as antidote to grading ;first way according to students who act very hard in a course promote way academic achievement.I agree highest one because teacher can only perceive students with their works not scholastic achievement.
