Abstract
The Author of this examines his have Johari window developed from feedback from professional colleagues. From that feedback he reviews these tools and materials as they relate to his relationships and course of action choices. Additionally the subject of the assessments completed correlates his findings that contribute to the success in the construction in developing one’s own special skills and the relationship of principal employees. The author’s self assessing findings are summarized and the impost results are illustrated in the appendices.
