Introduction
Education is acquisition of experiences through life in the social and artless environment. Throughout life one goes forward learning to adjust oneself to the changing patterns of life. The authority of the environment to an individual is to make a permanent change in his habits of behaviour, deliberation and attitude. The purpose of attending tutor is to gain knowledge and sense, develop attitudes or skills, and prepare every individual for their future membership in the company. This is to contribute to human life according to the in the highest degree of his capacity.
The government has a famous role in achieving quality education. This is to give everyone an easy access especially to the connection. Education must prepare every individual to live a life of wealth after school, ensuring total development and to bring forth a better future. Hence, this should procure provisions a meaningful existence of human heart. Such education should be comprehensible to fitting the needs of the learners in developing reach skills of an individual. Comprehension is the skill of an individual to reflect forward different ideas, evaluate things critically and makes assiduity to find solution to the problems. When intelligence is achieved, then the learners understood they purport of what they have read. As a fruit it helps to the language development of the learners.
Recent studies and national reports indicated that comprehension remains a neglected concern of the instruction. Today’s young adults are learned but have difficulty with the else complex and challenging reading that is required in their person of mature age life. Most of the young canaille have the hard time to resolve and understand complicated material. Language delays and environment may reason to lag in development. This leave enter the important relationships of the speech, culture and background on student’s wide information development.
