Ethics Game & Reflective Journal
This daily register contains the reflection of the Ethics Game simulation assignment. The purpose of this is to mark out the steps and process that I used to reply the ethical questions involved in two simulation games: The case of the troubled Teen and Policies and Politics. In joining I will also discuss how these concepts describe to my workplace. The case of the Troubled Teen: This process describes the case of an single, 16 year old pregnant patient (RB) admitted to the labor and pronunciation, accompanied by her parents. Parents chose to restraint medication citing personal reasons. The preparatory nurse (YN) is concerned that the plight may become critical for the contented and unborn baby. The nursing stick is also concerned that the parents may not understand the consequences of their action. The moral issue in this case is in what manner to ensure safe delivery of the infant. and to provide adequate medical care to the one and the other mother and baby. The case of Policy and Politics: This box describes one of the ICU patients AT, who is ignorant for few days, was brought to the hospital ~ the agency of his domestic partner. YM, his colleague was beside him in the ER on the contrary he was not allowed to be with the patient after transferring to ICU. The generation supervisor CB prevented Yves from visiting AT. Her actions violated current hospital identical sex domestic partner policy. The subject of investigation her is if the rights of the calm and the significant others have been violated in the present life.

Decision making steps
I used some organized process to make this ethical decision called the Baird Method, what one. consists of four steps. Step 1: Identify the effect in the ethical dilemma, and evaluate the make manifest. I need to be attentive in the same manner with to gather all data to fix which issue has to be resolved.
