Sexual Harassment
According to the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC), it is spurious to harass a person, applicant or employee, because of a person’s sex. Harassment have power to include “sexual harassment” or unwelcome sexual advances, requests toward sexual favors and other verbal or natural or verbal harassment sexual in character. (eeoc.gov) Either sex can have ~ing a victim or a harasser or a prey or harasser may be of the sort sex. Simple teasing is not prohibited ~ the agency of law such as offhand comments or of that kind incidents that are not very great, when the frequency and severity be turned into such that it creates a at variance environment or results in demotion or death of employment. Types of Sexual Harassment

There are couple types of sexual harassment claims, Quid Pro Quo, or harassment that is implied or expresses demands as antidote to sexual favors for a promotion or enhance or in order to retain engagement or currently held position by in a condition of authority. (shrm.gov) The other arche~ of harassment is hostile work environment; this original of harassment is conduct so methodical that it interferes with an employee or candidate’s ability to perform their work at ~s.
