The enslavement of African Americans outset in the earliest days of our founding in the same proportion that a colony of England, and ending in 1865, represents the most fundamental denial of rights. Slaves had not at all rights whatsoever, and were even threadbare, raped, and killed by their pallid owners and overseers. During this time, uniform freedmen risked re-enslavement if they were suspected of core a runaway slave. Slavery was officially banned in the United States through the passage of the Thirteenth Amendment at the expiration of the Civil War. Ferguson was eventually overturned in 1954 in the Brown v. Board cover in which the Supreme Court past dispute that all public schools were to integrate in the manner that quickly as possible.
