ARE THE ISSUES RESOLVED? WHY? WHY NOT?
Republicans and Democrats could not agree up~ a spending plan for the financial year that started Tuesday as they wrangled from hand to hand Obama Care, leaving federal courts straight. Congress has one key duty in the Constitution -- do spending bills that fund the rule; however, this time Congress could not agree steady a spending bill in time. Senate Democrats wanted a spending bill with no amendments attached as long as House Representatives, on the other craftsman insisted that the new spending bill include provisions to either defund, derail, or in other respects chip away at Obama Care. There would be continuous meetings but after 16 days of the conduct being shut down, it is after this reopened.
