The originator, Mrs. Mia Clarico loved baking and established a feeble business out of her home, where she supplied offices. As the profession became more popular she opened an outlet in West Mall and changed the general, making it a bakery- Caf. The dealing became very successful and popular. Crust expanded into three branches. With this expanse Mrs. Clarico decided to convert her craft venture into a partnership and brought up~ two partners to act in the decision making and management process.
Today, Crust is a flourishing trade venture with outlets in East, West and Central Trinidad. While some products are baked fresh on locating, the preparation for all outlets takes induct at the main store in Trincity. Baked, par-baked and frozen goods are delivered to either outlet on a daily basis. The function employs 37 persons.
