It has come to my care that Jack Snyder and Ruth Disselkoen are having more
,issues with there current assignments and patronage members. I would to address those
issues, of the same kind with follows. Jessica Hilo is currently forward medical leave, which may or may not
return. Overtime has become a problem, lengthwise with short breaks, complaints and lank
work quality. Employee’s coming in far advanced, having little work to do, attractive long breaks.
This will end because of now. The assignments that orininaly were her’s to without fault have
been divided between both maintain teams, those assignments will return to her team
consisting of Jack, Ralph and in that place administrative assistant. That will solve the issue of
longer breaks, late arrivals and having weak work to complete. I’m not certainly at this time if
Jessica resoluteness be returning if she does I have a mind address that when the time comes. This is
should clear up the issues on Jack’s team.
The 2nd entire issue is from Ruth’s team. Ive had coplaints of emaciated quality work and short
breaks and upward of time. There will be no overtime given anymore. You be pleased take your allotted breaks. I’ve reassigned the ~ordinary work that has been given to Frank. He testament now
be able to focus completely adhering his task. Ruth will over know that he 2 team members are
in operation with there part time adminstative coadjutor. If anyone is running behind in there
assignments please let me know and we be inclined come up with another solution. In a unimpaired I
belive that these changes behest benefit our company. We have evermore been a company
with pride and a celebrity for good quaitly work. Let’s continue that in mind and all moil
together.
