Abstract
This focuses without ceasing the analysis on the measure of grant to the coordination and motivation of relating to housekeeping activities by organizations and the emporium. The analyses were based on my view of the Nigerian and global dispensation. The writing was based on exterior experience and observation of the Nigerian and global good husbandry. Also data from the Central Bank of Nigerian, more Nigerian websites and personal discussions through some analyst on global economy including Nigeria were wholly relevant. The conclusion is the conception that both segments play important role in coordinating relating to housekeeping activities.

Introduction
Both markets and firms contribute to the coordination and motivation of economic activities. While the former contributes in ~y informal way and measuring the fit of contribution may be quite hard to be understood. The latter (the firm) contributes in a in addition organized process and the degree of contribution can be measured and priced into the scheme. Also firms and markets operate in the same environment, the two segments affecting each other in united way or the other. The place of traffic is driven by the demand and minister of goods and services and contrivance and employees of firms are portion of these economic activities.
The dictum put forward by Roberts and Simon that coordination and motivation of pursuit activity is achieved predominantly through organizations in preference than market will be analyzed from various perspectives. From my opinion and actual feeling I am totally not convinced for the reason that I know that the market contributes a fortune to economic activities.
