Albatross Anchor has been in kindred owned business that has been in calling since 1976. They are manufacturer of bell/mushroom anchors and knot hook anchors. Some of the challenges they front are outdated machinery technology and their current fabric floor plan. Their building consists of their administrative offices, foundry, shipping and receiving, fresh materials and finished materials storage, and manufacturing. Albatross Anchor is go on shore locked and unable to add in c~tinuance to the building; which is furthermore not up to current building digest standards. This case study, will agitate as how to improve Albatross Anchor competitiveness and make evident two new processes to help convey down the costs.
